1 Where is Sammy based at?
Sammy is currently residing in Malaysia, but international transactions are now welcomed!
2 If there is a flash mob, who gets to secure the item?
The fastest one to bank in the money! Sammy prefers fast transactions and deals, and takes back-outs seriously and will not hesitate to give less priority to your requests in the future if you suddenly disappear into thin air.
3 What about reservations?
Only allowed by depositing 50% from the item price(s) total excluding postage. This is to avoid “reservers” from disappearing without notice.
4 What happens to my deposit if I plan to disappear?
YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES. I am serious. So please make sure that you cannot live without owning the item(s) first before contacting Sammy!
5 What if the reserved item(s) HAVE a waiting list?
Full payment is expected WITHIN TWO (2) DAYS after deposit.
6 What if the reserved item(s) do not have a waiting list?
Full payment is expected as soon as possible, but if it is there are other customers who are interested, the item goes to them without prior notice!
7 What if I don’t comply with the rules?
YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. If you happen to have any difficulty paying within the stipulated time, do LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE so we can try to work something out.
8 Any restocks?
All items are ONE-OFF, which means Sammy only has ONE piece of each item only! Unless suddenly Sammy realizes she has more than one similar item, because Sammy is absent-minded like that wtf.
9 What about the color of the item(s)?
Color of the item(s) may vary due to the lighting and different computer screen settings! Sammy tries very hard to edit the brightness and/or contrast and/or tone of the photo to get the color as closest as possible to the real item, but Sammy cannot control your computer like she can control her’s!
10 What if I have inquiries or questions?

11 Can I negotiate prices?
Prices are FIXED, NON-NEGOTIABLE AND EXCLUSIVE of postage! Postage depends on the item’s weight and differs according to countries. Do inquire within.
12 Where should I deposit the payment?
For local customers, payment is to be deposited into Sammy’s Maybank account while for international customers, payment is to be made through Paypal. Details will be given in the invoice when Sammy receives your confirmed order!
13 How should I notify Sammy after payment is made?
Please notify me at spcy194@gmail.com once payment is done! The faster you notify us, the faster we can pack your item for shipping!
14 Postage method?
Postage of item(s) in Malaysia are conducted through POSLAJU only. For shipping to other countries, please inquire within.
15 When will my items be posted out?
Items will be posted as soon as possible, according to Sammy’s schedule. Once the item is shipped out, we will send you an email as notification along with your tracking code.
16 Can I have my money back something bad happens to my purchase(s)?
All sales are FINAL and STRICTLY NOT REFUNDABLE. Sammy is not responsible for any damages or loss of item(s) during shipping. Condition of all items will be clearly stated in updates along with any visible defects, but do note that Sammy has a strict policy where items are checked inside-out-upside-down to ensure great condition before being sold.
17 Can I swap clothes with Sammy?
Sammy no longer accept swaps because she badly needs cash now! Sorryyy!
